AcoSuperCoat is the peelable coating plate that guarantees an excellent varnish laydown. The structure of AcoSuperCoat, designed with the compressible layer in contact with the TOP surface, allows extraordinary qualitative performance and extreme ease of use. The support of the structure is made of PET and without fabric, protecting AcoSuperCoat from varnish penetration and rubber delamination; besides this, making it bi-directional (this gives great flexibility in the management of the formats during the converting phase). This plate can guarantee no ink trapping if used properly. The compressible layer, made with closed cell technology, is present in all available thicknesses.
