Peelable coating plate for water-based varnish.
AcoCoat is the coating plate suitable for long runs. The support of the structure of AcoCoat is made of PET and without fabric, protecting AcoCoat from varnish penetration and rubber delamination; besides this, making it bi-directional (this gives great flexibility in the management of the formats during the converting phase). This plate can guarantee no ink trapping if used properly. The compressible layer, when present, is made with closed-cell technology and positioned on the back of the product.
