AcoIbrido is a new interesting product, a printing blanket that ACOMA offers to the market as an evolution of AcoDuo. In fact, the production of AcoDuo will stop shortly.
We can offer to our customers the properties and advantages of the previous product, but the new printing blanket has unique and particularly innovative characteristics related to the rubber TOP Compound. For ACOMA, replacing an existing product means growing, evolving and always improving its range of offerings, with the aim of always being in line with market demands.

AcoIbrido, product features and benefits

AcoIbrido is a printing blanket that has been developed thanks to ACOMA‘s increasing experience with innovative raw materials. The result is a product with a special rubber TOP layer, which is very easy to clean and ensures excellent paper release. Besides the assured printing quality, the main advantages of AcoIbrido are the reduction of ghosting, linting/piling and ink accumulation. Moreover, thanks to the high quality fabrics that make up the carcass structure, it has great dimensional stability. No less important are aspects such as rebound, which limits loss of thickness and prevents re-tensioning during use.

The applications of AcoIbrido

AcoIbrido is a printing blanket suitable for all printers working with both conventional and UV inks. Different applications can be combined, but print quality is always guaranteed. In fact, it’s a versatile product, particularly suitable for mixed applications, although it also well performs when printing on sheetfed, packaging and metal.
