We’ve been providing the market with technical expertise, experience and attention to the development of our products for years, but the quality of our rubber blankets for offset printing is not the only element that allows us to grow every year. In fact, ACOMA’s strength also lies in the network of relationships created with active distributors around the world, which allows us to reach diversified markets, even geographically. Therefore, these collaborations have improved our presence and capillarity on the territory, with important economic benefits.
The role of dealer for ACOMA
As anticipated, dealer for ACOMA are critical to the success of the business. First of all, they have direct contact with the end customer, so they have the opportunity to impart the value of our products. Secondly, it is thanks to their work that we can always guarantee assistance and ensure fast deliveries to the printers, the end customers. Two reasons enough to consider distributors as key partners of our company, with whom we always try to build a trusting and mutually profitable relationship. In order to protect their respective interests, then, we always work on clear and well-defined agreements between the parties, as it is in our interest to protect the economic benefits of our partners also. Furthermore, we are always ready to support our dealers towards the customer, protecting them as much as possible and always recognizing their commitment.
Our dealers
Precisely because they are considered essential resources, ACOMA is always looking for new dealers, who are also selected following a careful market assessment and in relation to our development strategy, defined by the company management. Currently we can count on more than 50 active dealers, distributed in different continents. A number that, moreover, is the result of a growing trend, so much so that only in 2022 we added 10 new distributors to the ACOMA team. A proof of the fact that we see dealers as strategic resources for our own growth. We communicate with our partners in different ways, even directly and by phone, with the aim of always providing the required support and creating a real partnership. In fact, what ACOMA cares about is precisely the creation of a winning system that offers benefits to both us and our partners.
