Peelable coating plate suitable for water-based and UV varnish.
AcoCoatSunrise is the ACOMA peelable coating plate designed for those printers that want to use a very thin layer of varnish; with this coating plate the ink build up it’s almost eliminated. AcoCoatSunrise guarantees an excellent varnish laydown with water-based and UV varnishes. The compressible layer, when present, is made with closed-cell technology and it is in contact with the TOP surface, allowing extraordinary qualitative performances and extreme ease of use. The support of the structure is made of PET and makes AcoCoatSunrise bi-directional: this guarantees great flexibility in the management of the formats during the converting phase.
